Our client is seeking dedicated production operatives to join their team at their warehouse in Paddock Wood. As a production operative, you will be responsible for packing finished products according to instructions, ensuring the quality meets specified requirements, and recording production data accurately. This role requires individuals who are hardworking, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high standard of work.
What the role involves:
- Packing products as per provided instructions
- Preparing raw materials for packing operations
- Checking product quality
- Recording production data accurately
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- No previous packaging or production experience required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a warehouse environment
- Understanding of work directions and health & safety in English
